7. Limitation of Liability

Adjunct shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
